A leader in the field since its inception, Jarrod was quick to see the potential for online education, but recognized the need for trust in its integrity. An insatiable entrepreneur, Jarrod designed the original prototype, served as the company’s first proctor and drove the present day definition for accredited online knowledge verification. Beyond his drive to create a company, Jarrod has dedicated the entirety of his professional life to advancing the credibility and value of merits earned online.

Scott has 25 years of experience leading technology companies into bold new growth markets. Scott was on the executive team at Emageon, CEO at Awarix, GM at AeroScout, and COO at PerfectServe. At each stop, he increased enterprise value and produced results by enhancing user experience, putting trusted innovation over novelty, and embedding solutions that scale.

Jamie Illing - Chief Financial Officer
After discovering nearly $1M in accounts payable fraud in 2003, Jamie pursued a career focused on upholding integrity in finance and corporate advisory services in public accounting while earning her CPA licensure. As a member of the executive team for an international public company, she drove four times revenue growth in three short years. Jamie joined ProctorU as Controller in 2015 to build the finance team, and has been a transformation agent as leader of Finance and HR since driving enterprise value through strategic initiatives across the organization, and aligning her teams with objectives to support a clear, long-term vision. She has helped lead ProctorU through aggressive year-over-year growth while also making ProctorU one of the best places to work. Jamie is currently pursing her masters online with Harvard University.

Matt Jaeh - Chief Technical Officer
Using his experience in technology, operations and leadership gained from Best Buy / Geeksquad, Matt created the technology and operational proctoring processes that scaled ProctorU from a corner office in an online university to the global leader in the online proctoring industry. He has continued to innovate in the field by creating the first unified supervised machine learning proctoring platform that could be used for both live and automated proctoring. In addition, he has been integral in the development of ProctorU's unique multi-factor identification platform that has application well beyond online education. The comprehensive technology platform that he and his team have built continues to pave the way and set the standard for the industry.

Stephanie Dille - Chief Marketing Officer
Stephanie has spent her career in a variety of marketing roles within the testing industry. Prior to joining ProctorU, she served as vice president, global marketing at Pearson VUE where she led the transformation of marketing into a strategic, integrated global function providing marketing services to grow the professional, IT, academic and government markets. At ProctorU, she leads marketing, sales operations and product marketing including the implementation of pragmatic marketing and product management methodologies to align innovation and evolution around user needs.

John has led client service strategies for Costco, Pepsi, and Best Buy. John sweats the details involved in making a customer experience precise, consistent, compelling, and scalable. Since joining ProctorU in 2014, he has refined our process to create smoother, faster starts while also delivering the most reliable, least stressful test-taking experience in the industry.

Ashley Norris, Ph.D. - Chief Academic Officer
Ashley has spent the past 13 years in higher education as both a faculty member and administrator across major institutions such as University of Alabama, Samford University and most recently, University of Phoenix where she served as the dean of programmatic accreditation and regulatory affairs. She has led thought leadership on ethics and integrity in education and will continue to spearhead those efforts for ProctorU’s key initiatives on academic integrity. She will also lead academic partnerships and work with organizations and institutions on developing policies, best practices and procedures to support their innovation and accreditation needs.
