Beyond his drive to create a company, Jarrod has dedicated the entirety of his professional life to advancing the credibility and value of merits earned online.

Scott has 25 years of experience leading technology companies into bold new growth markets. Scott was on the executive team at Emageon, CEO at Awarix, GM at AeroScout, and COO at PerfectServe. At each stop, he increased enterprise value and produced results by enhancing user experience, putting trusted innovation over novelty, and embedding solutions that scale.

Sandy Pitman - President
Sandy has more than 35 years of experience as a healthcare and technology entrepreneur. He currently serves as President of Meazure Learning, the parent company of ProctorU, the world’s largest provider of online identity management and exam monitoring services and Yardstick Assessment Strategies, a leader in exam development and administration for the professional credentialing market.
Sandy is an experienced CEO, operator and investor working as a key executive in many startups, turnaround situations and rapidly growing technology-based businesses. He has also operated a division of a large public healthcare company. As an investor and portfolio manager, Sandy has been successful in a wide variety of board level positions, providing operational and financial expertise to drive growth, as well as guiding companies through mergers and acquisitions. He is currently a Venture Partner at Eastside Partners.
Sandy graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Commerce and Business Administration.
Isabelle Gonthier, PhD - President of Yardstick
Isabelle Gonthier is the President of Yardstick and in this role, she oversees and provides strategic direction for all aspects of the professional testing business, including psychometrics, exam administration and operations, product development and implementation, and business development. Over the course of her career, Dr. Gonthier has managed the development and administration of large-scale national licensure and certification examinations and assessment tools for various professions in the health, financial, and IT sectors.
Dr. Gonthier earned her Doctorate in Experimental Psychology at the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining Yardstick, she has worked at Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC, now FP Canada) & CFP Board as Vice President of Certification and Director of Examinations, respectively. She has served as a psychometric commissioner and as Chair of the NCCA commission and is now involved with the conference executive committee and incoming Chair of the Program Committee for the Association of Testing Publishers (ATP). Isabelle is a high energy, sought after speaker at many industry conferences and meetings including ATP, ICE, CLEAR, CNAR and others.
Jamie Illing - Chief Financial Officer
After discovering nearly $1M in accounts payable fraud in 2003, Jamie pursued a career focused on upholding integrity in finance and corporate advisory services in public accounting while earning her CPA licensure. As a member of the executive team for an international public company, she drove four times revenue growth in three short years. Jamie joined ProctorU as Controller in 2015 to build the finance team, and has been a transformation agent as leader of Finance and HR since driving enterprise value through strategic initiatives across the organization, and aligning her teams with objectives to support a clear, long-term vision. She has helped lead ProctorU through aggressive year-over-year growth while also making ProctorU one of the best places to work. Jamie is currently pursing her masters online with Harvard University.

Stephanie Dille - Chief Marketing Officer
Stephanie has spent her career in a variety of marketing roles within the testing industry. Prior to joining ProctorU, she served as vice president, global marketing at Pearson VUE where she led the transformation of marketing into a strategic, integrated global function providing marketing services to grow the professional, IT, academic and government markets. At ProctorU, she leads marketing, sales operations and product marketing including the implementation of pragmatic marketing and product management methodologies to align innovation and evolution around user needs.

John Sandoval - Chief Operating Officer
John has led client service strategies for Costco, Pepsi, and Best Buy. John sweats the details involved in making a customer experience precise, consistent, compelling, and scalable. Since joining ProctorU in 2014, he has refined our process to create smoother, faster starts while also delivering the most reliable, least stressful test-taking experience in the industry.

Ashley Norris, Ph.D. - Chief Academic Officer
Dr. Ashley Norris serves as ProctorU's Chief Academic Officer & CCO. Dr. Norris has a background in policy and procedure development, regulatory and accreditation compliance, and assessing and reducing potential risk both internally and in collaboration with external partner organizations. She leads ProctorU's academic partnerships and works with organizations and institutions on developing policies, best practices and procedures to support their innovation, accreditation, and accessibility needs.
Dr. Norris has spent nearly 15 years in higher education as both a faculty member and administrator across major institutions including University of Alabama and Samford University. Most recently, she served as the dean of programmatic accreditation and regulatory affairs at the University of Phoenix. There, she led thought leadership on ethics and integrity in education and continues to spearhead similar efforts for ProctorU’s key initiatives in academic integrity.
Jason Hopper - Chief Commercial Officer
Jason joined ProctorU in 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer. He oversees ProctorU’s partnership team which includes business development, account management, proposal support and new faculty onboarding.
Jason has a twenty year technology business background, primarily focused in developing go to market and growth strategies for early to mid-stage firms. Prior to ProctorU, Jason held sales leadership positions in MedMined (acquired by Becton Dickinson) and BrightWhistle (acquired by Healthgrades)
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
Don Dally - Chief Information Officer
Don Dally joined Meazure Learning in 2020 as Chief Information Office for both ProctorU and Yardstick. In his role, he oversees engineering, information systems and IT security across the broader business.
Accomplished in all facets of technical operations and customer experience, Don has over 25 years of experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of business systems and operational procedures. His communications industry expertise includes sales engineering, operations management, systems development/integration management and product engineering management.
Prior to ProctorU, he held positions with PerfectServe where he provided executive leadership during a period of growth from $500K to $38M ARR and delivered 20% - 25% year-over-year growth for 17 consecutive years. He also worked with Premiere Technologies Inc. throughout its evolution from an international voice messaging service provider to a $450 million telecommunications and Internet holding company.
Don holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The University of Memphis.
