After making an appointment with us, you will return to our website to log in. After clicking the "begin" button, you are taken to your proctoring room where, with the help of a proctor, you will go through the three following steps:


Step 1: We connect with the student via web cam. Students are connected to a video chat with a live proctor from one of our two proctoring centers. This proctor will help you through the exam process and is available during the exam if you have technical difficulties.
Step 2: The student connects their screen to the proctor. This allows the proctor to see the student's computer screen and enables them to assist the student with technical difficulties that arise.
Step 3: Finally, the proctor will need to know that the student is in fact... the right student. We will ask to see a photo ID, we will snap a photo for your student file, and we will ask you to answer a few questions about yourself that are generated from public information.
