What email address should students use to sign in to ProctorU?

Test takers need to sign in using their school Google account (e.g. the account that was associated with their name during registration). By signing in with their school Google account, ProctorU can confirm if the student is registered to take the exam. Please review our test-taker guide for detailed steps on how to launch an exam.

What email address will students use to take the G Suite certification?

Students will use a pre-provisioned email address and password to take the G Suite certification. See page 11 of the test-taker guide for more details.

Why do students use pre-provisioned credentials for the exam?

The G Suite exam has 2 sections: multiple choice and performance based. The performance based section is conducted on the production G Suite cloud and pre-provisioned credentials have all the exam scenarios pre-populated. Using these credentials also allows us to evaluate the student’s performance after the exam without requiring access to their personal account.
