What is your title?
What have your past job roles included here?
I started out as a proctor in 2010 (back when proctors did phones, tech, student advocate and basically anything else that was needed). I moved up to an assessment role and helped mold that position. I then moved to client success manager. That has been my longest role at ProctorU.
What is a typical day-to-day work routine for you?
I set new partners up in our system and do orientations and onboarding for them. I answer emails and have meetings with current clients to ensure everything is running smoothly. I help my partners with day-to-day needs which range from updating exam notes to researching sessions.
Tell us about your long or short-term goals.
My goal is to continue to always learn and excel in my role and to be a strong asset for ProctorU.
How many people are on your team?
There are three people on my team. Wes Darby, account executive, Brody Holder, faculty representative and myself.
Customers are at the center of this role. What’s your favorite thing about interacting with them daily?
I love building relationships with my partners and being able to help answer questions they have and get them information that they need quickly.
In your off-time, what is your favorite thing to do to relax?
I love to spend time with my family. My husband and I have two sons, ages five and three, who keep us very busy!
What is your favorite thing about ProctorU?
My favorite thing about ProctorU is the people I work with! I have been lucky to have amazing coworkers.
